Generated content

You are responsible for how you use images you generate. The availability and capabilities of the underlying AI models may change, and outputs are provided without any guarantee of accuracy, originality, or fitness for a particular purpose. Please review the licenses of the underlying models before commercial use.

Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice. Free generation capacity is limited.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any content you generate.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
